Seminar for practicing the EU Funds’ management

European Funds 
are important financing instruments, which offer significant financing opportunities to public and private organizations, stimulating knowledge, development and economic growth.
Preparing the ground for managing the EU Funds’ interventions is an area where capacity needs to be continuously enhanced. The course provides a structured approach of the programming and monitoring & evaluation, and assists the seminar participants to achieve the objectives and tasks of their organisations.
This practical seminar is designed to discuss methodological and technical aspects of the EU Funds management and to provide guidance and support with regard to strategic analysis, priorities’ setting, partnership consultations, monitoring and evaluation, financial management and control, and communication.

The target groups for this course are managers of the EU Funds from government institutions and agencies. At the end of the course, the training participants will have a better understanding of the requirements of the EU and national regulations, ready to apply them in their everyday work tasks.

Course objectives

 

  •      Familiarise with the EU Funds strategic and regulatory framework
  •      Learn and practice on the programming requirements (strategic analysis, priorities setting, partnership consultations, preparation of project pipelines)
  •      Acquire the necessary skills in EU Funds programming, monitoring & evaluation
  •      Understand practical aspects of using indicators (data collection and reporting)

The language of the seminar is English.
