TEAM DC Center of Excellence has been created with the vision to make TEAM DC members and partners benefit from the experience of our team of specialists through mentoring and capacity building activities, with a firm commitment to creating and continuously improving customised training products for public and private organisations.
Our seminars and workshops are intended to managers and staff from public institutions, local authorities, non-governmental organisations, and private companies, helping them acquiring the necessary skills in strategic planning, program and project management, learn how to create partnerships, address monitoring and evaluation issues and be aware of the preconditions for successful policy implementation.
Operating for the last 20 years in the field, our trainers enthousiastically share their knowledge and know-how gained through their individual professional pathways. They are all very experienced high-level international experts and practitioners with a sound working experience in their specific fields of expertise.
Besides the organisation of regular training sessions, we also ensure follow-up and support in capacity building, assisting in the identification of the staff needs for training, and delivering coaching and networking support that will guarantee the effectiveness of your undertakings.
